As you can see, this is a mod for Mari0 AE, which means you need Mari0 AE to use it, and in Android you need to unzip it in /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/love.to.androidmari0/files/save/mari0_android/alesans_entities/characters/
I don't have a computer, so I don't know how it works on a computer, but it should be similar way as Android, or you can modify the .love file directly
